Have a nice daythis is how Iranian President Hassan Rohani concluded his phone conversation with US President Barack Obama, the first direct contact between leaders of the two nations in over three decades.
A message on Rohanis Twitter page, which has since been deleted, stated that Obama answered in Farsi by saying khodahafez to indicate goodbye, whose literal meaning is may God be with you.
The tweet was one of several Rohani posted after the historic phone conversation. He noted that Obama had phoned him and told him he was positive that relations between Iran and the US would have great effect on the region.

"may God be with you."There's a first time for everything. But is Zero allowed to say God without bursting into flames?
Certainly an innovation. If they meant to write “the God”, then it would be rendered “al-Ilah” in longhand rather than Allah (a different word), which refers to an old moon god specifically.
Rohani: “Have-a-Nice-Day.”
BHO: Khodahafez.
Rohani: “{Whadda half-@ss!}”
One is Farsi, the other Arabic, IIRC.
But Khoder is apparently an ancient Persian word for God.
The Hafiz bit is Arabic, and would be one of the 99 names of Allah.
Persians have a great liking for the word Hafiz - it is the name of one of their great poets - and also one of the Arabic words they seem to like to incorporate into their language.
Not for the Judeo-Christian God. “Khoda” (apparently translates as “Lord”) was applied to Ahura Mazda, the old Persian deity and currently the chief god in Zoroastrianism. Only Zoroastrians and Muslims used this word.
That sentence sent chills down my spine. WHY this and why now after the iranian scum stiffed him at the UN? Chasing after him wagging his tail like a dog after a bone. This is dangerous stuff and we need to be paying way more attention to it than we are.
This is a Threat Matrix list documenting threats within and without. Anyone wanting on or off please advise.
“Partaker of his evil deeds?”
In this case, he seems to be the PURVEYOR of evil deeds. Something very big is going on. Beware this.
What do you think is going on, MM. btw, good to see you posting!
Good to see you posting, MM.
What do you think is going on?
Anything involving Obama is bad so it’s a given that “something wicked this way comes”.
Do you have access to such a bible? Have you checked it and checked older Arabic versions of the bible?
I mean... you are claiming superior knowledge to the people who actually bothered to put out Arabic versions of the Holy Bible. That takes some substantiation in my mind. Just clever, arcane talk is not such substantiation to me. I want to see history not just theory.
Here. Is this B.S. and if so why should we believe that? This does assert what I asserted. It’s standard missionary knowledge. Have you out-knowledged the missionaries, the folks who actually do put their lives on the line for the Lord (when did you ever do that)?

The missionaries have their own agenda. One is not supposed to accommodate, but teach.
Accommodate what? Teach what?
Yup they have an agenda, to present the gospel which sells itself through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Your agenda? Apparently to self glorify with quibbles about words, at best? Christians in Araby were using that word before Islam came on the scene. That’s good enough for me.
Yet Barky curses the likes of me.
Accommodating the false name “Allah”. It does not mean “deity”; that’s the phrase “al ilah”.
As if quibbles about etymological roots negated the meaning of the word Arab Christians used to say “God” before Islam ever polluted the scene? This is the very kind of dispute about words that the bible condemns. Arab Christians said Allah before Mohammed. They were not to blame for Mohammed, obviously.
Important.
Please excuse double pings; .... check out # 47.
Thanks, Mesta.
There is absolutely no evidence of that.
