JohnG45:

When Penn State president Graham Spanier (who vowed when appointed in the mid-1990s to make PSU the "most gay friendly campus" in America, a status not remotely demanded by the neighboring populace in Happy Valley or by the reasonably conservative student body at Penn State), was appointed president of PSU, did anyone who is flogging the corpse of one of the greatest football coaches this nation has or ever will see have any complaints about Spanier? How much influence do you suppose Spanier had on the choice of Trustees? On the choice of subordinate officials like the Athletic Director or the choice of the chief of the campus "police department" (whose primary job is to protect the school's reputation by shooing away other more legitimate and independent sworn law enforcement departments?

Did JoePa BELIEVE McQueary? JoePa, for whatever it is worth, DID report what McQueary reported to his superiors (although McQueary had three different stories). IF (BIG IF) the fully clothed and athletic young McQueary (according to one story of McQ) actually was an EYEWITNESS to the naked 60+ year old Sandusky's shower room anal rape of an 11 year old boy, why did not the "heroic" McQueary walk into that shower room, deliver a substantial kick to Sandusky's offending organs, cold cock the SOB Sandusky, save the kid to the extent that it was possible, and get Center County Sheriffs, Bellefonte Police or Pennsylvania State Police involved then and there rather than just walking away, going home and telling his Daddy a couple of days later BEFORE telling JoePa?

Most Americans are familiar with Joe Paterno as an outstanding coach. Virtually no one, outside the pervert-American community and the afflicted PSU top administration "leaders" has ever heard of Graham Spanier or his "gay friendly" appointees. ESPN and other leftist politically correct sports "news" outlets and insufferable "opinion oeaders" being paid for leftist spew, went into collective protective mode to shield Spanier, the Trustees and the actual co-conspirators and to make Paterno the fall guy. My hope is that Second Mile Foundation be thoroughly and objectively investigated as to whether it provided fatherless pre-pubescent boy/victims to Spanier and/or his coven of lavender buddies. Maybe yes. Maybe no. But investigate relentlessly and objectively.

Also, investigate relentlessly the "disappearance" of the Center County elected prosecutor who was investigating the despicable activity at Penn State about five years before the scandal finally broke. His lap top sans hard drive was found in a river bed. The utterly destroyed hard drive was found a few hundred feet further down the river. His car was found in the parking lot of an antique store near where the computer parts were found and 20 miles from his office. No body or body parts of the prosecutor have ever been found.

Finally, the NCAA was being run (wild) by former Indiana State University Myron Brand who had fired Bobby Knight as basketball coach for Knight's decidedly non-Kumbaya way of running a great basketball team. Brand then fled to the NCAA. I personally hope that the NCAA is absolutely destroyed by the Paterno lawsuit and that the Paterno estate squeezes every last nickel from the always politically correct NCAA and leaving the NCAA as a radioactive ash heap, a status that should be shared by Graham Spanier and his Penn State Trustees and their apologists in the LameStream Media.

If Bobby Knight witnessed a child being anally raped by Sandusky, Knight would have become a national hero then and there. If Sandusky, as is probable. did not survive, too bad! Would have saved the taxpayers a lot of money.

Don’t count on there being a trial. If the state puts mike mcqueary on the stand it will be the biggest disaster in the recent history of court cases. And they know this. They aren’t dealing with Amendola anymore. These guys have actual, competent attorneys.

The case will eventually be tossed on a technicality, which will allow the corrupt OAG to save some face, and also NOT allow key witnesses to be put under oath. Including the corrupt current president of the University.

Aren’t you curious as to why it took 7 months to put js in jail on 45 counts, yet well over 2 years for a trial for the Penn State officials to occur?

That doesn’t seem odd to you?

No, it does not. It took 4 years to try the clearly guilty Nadal Hasan at Ft Hood and 8 years for the false charges against Tom Delay to be dropped. These things sometimes move slowly. We will see if they go trial and how it turns out. The thing that really gets me about this whole mess is the NCAA. They gave SMU football the death penalty for paying players but gave PSU relatively light sanctions for what happened there. The NCAA’s position seems to be that harboring child molesters to protect the football program is a lesser offense than paying players to play. I wish that organization would just go away and conferences could handle their own issues as they see fit.

When Paul Kelly and Wick Sollers are done with the ncaa, you won’t have to concern yourself with them anymore.

“Er, why didn’t the Pedophile Enabler (Paterno) tell McQueary to call the police?”

1. I know of no fact that would support your slander
2. I don’t know factually that he did or did not
3. The so-called NCAA investigation didn’t collect all the facts
4. McQueary says he did not see penetration, so legally I do not know what the police would have done.

I know of 3 that proves it to be full of slander though:

1 The McQueary family doctor, after listening to McQueary explain what he saw, did not advise him to call the police and neither did he, even though he was/is by law a state mandated reporter of child abuse.

2 When asked in the Grand Jury room why he didn't go to the police McQueary looked puzzled and answered: "but I did. I told Gary Schulz a few days later and everybody knows that he is head of the campus police".

3 Within a few days of interviewing McQueary, Schulz, the head of the campus police, had the chief of police Tom Harmon pull Sandusky's 1998 file.

You are in the minority though.

Another clueless non-sequitor!

How exactly would this matter versus the truth?
