God, I love a happy ending such as this. Makes my day. That dude picked the wrong place to rob that day didn’t he????
I’m sure Starbucks will now reverse their recent statement of not wanting guns in their restaurants.....
The CEO of Starbucks wishes that the officer would have left his gun at home, though it is not prohibited.
But but bttttt Guns are not welcome at Starbucks per their CEO.
Is robbery with a deadly weapon a misdemeanor in CA, if you don’t “hurt” anybody?
No, we have a 10 20 Life law. Use a gun, or even implying that you have a gun- 10 years, Fire a gun- 20 years. Actually shoot someone- 25 years to Life.
Gosh, you mean that announcing that Starbucks doesn’t want guns there encouraged a gunman?
Hard to believe!/s
I’m overcome with schadenfreude at the reading of this story.
Schadenfreudafragelisticexpialadocious!
But I thought Starbucks told the public not to bring guns into their stores???
Must have been a nice change from shooting dogs and arresting people questioning Common Core.
From his mug shot, it looks as if Senor Cosenza broke the glass door with his forehead. Ouch. Those aren’t thin.
Someone send this to Howard Schultz.
Will see a lot more of these once criminals know Starbucks is an easy pickings location.
I ask a metro sgt I know here and said off duty metro/Henderson PD have full arrest authority in Clark county. When witnessing a felony they are required to render assistance, unlike civilians.
