Not only did Kimberly Kagan have prior knowledge that O’Bagy did NOT have a PhD, she also knew (sent out?) O’Bagy to propagandize Congress and the MSM with lies about the strength and numbers of Syrian rebel “moderates.”

ISW, et al, bear close scrutiny. We now have THREE reasons O’Bagy was thrown under the bus by ISW, not the least of which is that her “research” was being exposed as a lie.
