It does not shut down anything unless Obama and minions want to get time on the news with the low intelligence voters.
All checks will still go out, all payments have already been made, the military will not be suspended, EPA workers will still report for work, thank god all contraceptive orders will still be filled, while all teachers will still go work and "common cause" our students.
Did I miss anything important?
