I do not want to bet against you. What I will say is, if that happens, there will be a ton of people killed in the process.

Yup. Could even be a global nuclear war.

Hey, look, enjoy life now. It could end in an instant.

I will my friend. Right now, I am enjoying my new MacBookPro, with retina display. What a great display. It is as clear as anything I have ever seen.

“Hey, look, enjoy life now. It could end in an instant.”

A few years ago I decided I wasn’t going to worry about anything beyond my control. I didn’t watch any news or TV in general. Stopped watching sports except for ocassional games if I were at someones house and they had a game on.
I stopped following politics at all and would leave a group if a political conversation started, even with people whose politics I agreed with.

It was a great few years I felt better and got lots more accomplished.
Then a couple of months ago I started lukering here again. Started reading the political sections of the paper.
Here’s what I’ve noticed.
Things are almost exactly the same as they were when I dropped out. Same game, same players, same rules, same fears and concerns.
I think it may be time to log back out, maybe go sit on the deck and have a beer.
Have a great weekend.
