Or maybe that's the reason for the billion hollow-points? They are also getting ready to install martial law due to the flu influenza this flu season. They will use twitter and the MSM to broadcast emergency alert messages. Then they will close down all roads and traffic. Then they will force immunization for the flu. The hollow points are for the resistors and people who refuse the shot.
