Wasn’t it changes to the “Community Reinvestment Act” made under BillyBob (before he lost control of the House) that required lenders to give a mortgage to everyone with a pulse...or else? And IIRC Attorney Corporal Reno announced, more than once,that that went double for “the most vulnerable among us”.
