Senate just came into session. Happily, Dingy Harry is sparing us any commentary early on this morning, as is McConnell. Debate goes until 12:10, at which time there is 30 minutes reserved for majority and minority leaders , then the vote. Will there be any more GOP intramural fireworks on the senate floor?
Oh, great. Now Obama is coming on TV - Bret Baier is all excited.
So O will put the blame on the House now and squeeze them until they give in.
Remember Portman was one of the GOP-E dream picks to run for the presidency last time, so he’s probably setting himself up for a run this time by voting the right way on key votes.
Portman can’t set himself up now, because he came out in favor of “gay” marriage, saying he did so after his son came out as “gay”.
LOL!
You REALLY think it would have been any different with Romney? Romney GAVE us Obamacare.
No, this is what happens when we cave and let RINOS lie to us or pretend they are conservatives to win the primary rather than standing up for conservative values.
Does anyone recall who it was and what post it was, that congratulated ALABAMA for appearing to be the one state whose TWO Senators voted NO?
I want to congratulate KANSAS. I noted since that post that both its Senators, Roberts and Moran, voted NO.
Credit where credit is due.
Roberts was good from the beginning, and likely helped solidify Moran’s vote.
Obama reminds us that he is currently being snookered in the ME - specifically Iran.
I do hope you are right. My opinion is that it’s going to have to get a hell of a lot worse before any positive changes take place. I think the GOP wants to rid itself of the conservative base. No idea why but I can’t think of any other reason to rationalize their actions.
I don’t think he is being snookered at all, that would imply he doesn’t side with the ME and muzzies and he does. We are the ones being snookered if we think this isn’t playing out the way he wants. He is looking to destroy Israel and keep his hands clean.

HELP PLEASE? I’m trying to pull up www.dontfundobomacare.com and I can’t get it. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
Well I hope they are doing something to help.
One protested tea parties and the others jumped in front of the parade, took in a lot of money all of them.

If you try the right link and can’t get it, perhaps too many are trying the same, at one time.
I don’t know.

One thing I noted in your spelling you posted, is that you spelled “oboma” instead of “obama”.
Also, it needs an http:// in front of www.
All of which I just posted to you.
yes. instead of having this discussion, we would be fighting democrats on how much to reduce taxes by and which social program to cut and possibly the elimination of departments and the rollback and possible elimination of the EPA, ending the war on coal, approving the pipeline on top of the repeal of this monstrosity.
So, I do feel he was not as strong a conservative that most people wanted, including myself, he would have been forced to accept the will of the people because that is what the office calls for unlike Obama who doesn’t care.
We should always support the candidates that best represent the Reagan ideals but we should not take our toys and go home when our person loses. The democrats still vote when their guy loses, we pout.
