The CR needs to focus on People groups not funding levels. That’s why the GOP talking poInt needs to be, “we disagree with the Senate, but we don’t think ‘x’ group should be held hostage”. Remember, the Senate line is, the GOP is holding US public hostage. Pass bills to demonstrate that the opposite is true.
They need to stop with the CR nonsense and force a full budget. Make them show up every single day to vote against doing their Constitutional duty.
