If you understood the bill, you know it collapses without an individual mandate.
Insurance companies will back out without a mandate, and the few that remain will spike premiums 100% or more.

I think so, Billions have already gone to the ‘health exchanges’ .
It might take adding a sentence or three in the bill to cover some issue but our ‘leaders’ have no problem doing that.
