then what are the increased for 2 years in a row co-pays for what is supposed to be FREE health care for retired Military over 65? Because they worked under paid and over deployed for 20 or more years? No Military pharmacy near you have to use civie ones so you pay co-pays. Plus all they carry is a few generics any way.
