I think you are correct. This sounds like an Obama plan coming together to allow advanced weaponry to fall into the hands of the radical Islamists who Obama has been so trying to help to establish the Greater Caliphate.
And when they are used on American soil to kill dozens of innocent women, children and men? What then? Can we send Obama to prison then?
