Doctors will require pay up front and when the dumb-asses realize their bill is $200 to see the doctor then they will complain that the Bronze Plan doesn't cover crap. They will then look at the “Silver” Plan and realize that it cost twice as much.

All the stories I've seen touting lower rates—including one this morning in the Washington Post—fail to mention co-pays or deductibles. If a plan has a $3,000 deductible and a 40 percent co-pay then it won't be utilized by the average policy holder.
