Gore has completely lost his mind. I suspect he has suffered substantial financial damage from the “global warming” scam being exposed.

The Goggle stock that Al was ‘gifted into...made him a self-made guy, period. He’s probably worth at least $500 million at this point because of the favors and stock.
It’s true...that carbon exchange failure....really screwed his dreams up. Had the carbon exchange taken off and been mandated by various governments....Al would have cleared a billion dollars over a fifteen year period easily. He could have had a foundation in his name and influence US politics for decades to come.
I will note this...when South Park did their episode...with Man-Bear-Pig....it challenged college students everywhere. They sat and viewed the whole gimmick and now the majority of college students are more quizative in nature. What South Park did....was a billion-dollar favor for the nation.

They also gave him an Oscar for his BS movie.
You’ve almost got it but not quite. I actually saw a 60 minutes that was actually factual. What happened is this. He went off the deep end after the defeat in 2000 and was basically cuckoo for cocoa puffs. His family (when he still had one) saw this and cast about for a way to get him semi-sane again. The decided to get him a computer (a mac as it turned out) and that mac led him to create a powerpoint presentation about the polar bears and the penguins and the whole nine yards. Crazy Al took the powerpoint presentation on the road and lectured to college kids and young skulls full of mush that they are they ate it all up and word of mouth started to build. When that scam tour had achieved enough momentum the movie makers (I forgot who it was but some pretty famous documentary people got involved) and the original powerpoint prezo became a movie and that movie became, eventually, the nobel prize.
But yeah - crazy al needed a diversion after going off the deep end and the global warming scam turned out to be it.
