Emailed both Senators (and my congressman for good measure). They aren’t famous for quickly responding (Portman and Brown here in Ohio.)
A few years back when Portman was my district 2 representative in the House, he was a conservative from top to bottom. He would have been beating down the doors to help Ted Cruz. Since joining the Fluffy Society in the US Senate, he’s not been an outspoken conservative, and has purchased fluffy pillows, hopefully not on his way to a full house décor of fluff. There’s some hope for Portman. We’ll keep pounding.
