I am very disappointed with Coats. He’s telling us we can’t do anything with a shutdown looming over our heads. BS.
He proposes this amendment after saying they are the minority and can’t affect anything. Does he seriously think he will have any takers on the democrat side? He’s already surrendered before he asks for the amendment.

Granted Dan Coats is a very nice man, he wants what’s best for our country....he’s just not capable of thinking outside the box and fighting for his country.
Each and every GOP Senator getting up there should say it will be OBAMA that shuts down the government.
