Dan Coats says he wasn’t there when the bill was passed and that voters made it clear that THIS was the issue they were concerned. He’s been hearing from his constituents.
Sounds like he’s defending himself....says he’s offered many changes...he wants it fixed, but his opponents won’t work with them.
