He had sources and quotes, but I have never seen any discussion of his stuff anywhere else. He went to the top of the tree and talked to the people who did the backroom deal on Obamacare -- not the Big Cheeses who signed off on it, but their staffers, the people in the room when the technical-level meetings ended.
