End it, don't mend it. The problem is that once it is fully implemented, it will be virtually impossible to repeal it. Obama and Hillary will ensure that it is fully implemented. It will become like Medicare and Social Security and Medicaid and Food Stamps, i.e., permanent government programs that will never be abolished.
