My issue with open carry is you have exposed yourself.Exactly!
But walking in a "Toys-R-Us" with an AR15 slung over your back is a little different. I don't think kids need to be indoctrinated to the lawful use of fire arms there.
To: Clint N. Suhks
I am all for open carry in the woods.
I just think it puts you at a disadvantage to expose yourself.
That said, I do not think there should be a law that makes it a crime to be seen with a gun.
It’s kinda like walking down the street with your tallywhacker hanging out.

I finally got my holster from Sneaky Pete last week. I've gotta say, it seems almost invisible in public. Nobody notices it.

The older I get (63), the more I like Spring and Fall, with Winter a distant 3rd.
I play Antonio Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" to celebrate the change of seasons and their magic:

I agree 100%! Those who open carry for personal protection in urban settings are not the brightest knife in the shed. In a park is fine but I still wouldn’t.
Good caller.
Use common sense people.

I open-carried on the Farm in Summer months; cool springs & falls I wore a barncoat which hid the .45, yet I had the Beowul .50 or AR-10 on a sling over my shoulder. 95% of must customers understood. I had to dispose of the occasional, aggressive rabid coon or possum. No biggie in Farm Country.

I was going to get one, and I think they are a great idea, but they all have a “SP” (Sneaky Pete) logo on the side don’t they?
Seems like a LEO would recognize that and harass you.

Vivadi is awesome.
Tchaikovsky can keep the rites of spring, all that caterwauling and commotion.
BTW, You know why cats in heat yowl like that?
Sandpaper tongues..

Yeah, that’s the one thing I don’t like. I’m giving a little thought to seeing if I could VERY carefully remove the SP letters.
