Mandeville, LA - It's the varied responses from gun rights advocates and gun owners to a request from the Starbucks CEO, updates from California, and much more, this week on Tom Gresham's Gun Talk® Radio, the original nationally-syndicated radio talk show about guns and the shooting sports.
This past week, Starbucks' CEO Howard Schultz released an open letter to the media, requesting that both pro-gun and anti-gun groups leave Starbucks out of the political debate, and that gun owners not bring their guns into their coffee shops or their outside areas anymore. A debate between gun owners quickly followed as to what this meant for open carry activists, concealed carriers, and gun rights as a whole. John Pierce of OpenCarry.org, (http://www.opencarry.org/), revolver gunsmith and blogger Grant Cunningham, (http://bit.ly/157ID5W), and others will join Tom this Sunday to discuss Schultz's letter and what they feel gun owners should do now.
Recently the California legislature sent a package of bills to Governor Brown's office, including many gun control laws. The CalGuns Foundation President Gene Hoffman drops by with the latest updates on the bills, and more from California. Visit http://www.calgunsfoundation.org/ to get involved!
Mossberg's Tom Taylor also drops in this Sunday to talk about some new products for 2013, and more. Visit http://www.mossberg.com/ for more information on the complete product line.

It is a beautiful Autumn evening.
I think this is the first time the first day off Fall has felt like Autumn in my 21 years in Texas.
Winders wide open! Woohoo!
Plus, Tom gets very *contentious* with several caller who are Open-Carry in Starbucks proponents, and finds unlikely support from a liberal demonrat, who occasionally makes sense.
Starbucks the next mass shooting.
Al Qaeda is on the run in Barry’s old stomping grounds.
Great job Barry

Winders open here too!
It’s nice.
It is glorious Dave!
So CCW is OK in Starbucks?
I thought the wording was ambiguous.
Open Carry is kinda pushing matters.
I am not a huge Opie guy, but it doesn’t scare me to see open carry.
Wonderful day, and Condo’s windows & screen doors are also wide open! Fall is officially here at 4:44pm, today. Love it!
CCW and open carry are fine at starbucks if the state permits it.
Nothing has changed.
The CEO is just asking that Opie folks conceal it.
My favorite time of year.
I have no problem banning open carry in a business.
Banning concealed cary is a different animal.
I lived in Az for many years and they are open carry.
It never bothered me, people were polite and professional.
That said, Open carry rattles some libtards.
My issue with open carry is you have exposed yourself.
Difference of philosophy.
Turkish tobacco is pretty fine too, but I drink brew from the arabica bean.
