What about all the other people who have spent time behind
bars and had their lives ruined because they too were convicted of breaking this law....If the law is unconstitutional now it was most certainly not constitutional at the time it was used to bludgeon those
people into submission.
I agree. Illlinois released 103 that were currently in jail.
There are probably many more.
