Don't sign up for it.
Don't give any of your personal and health information over to some "Navigator."
Don't pay the fine.
Save your money and put it in an interest-bearing account or Money Market fund.
Pay for routine and out-of-pocket expenses with cash, and do research about healthcare overseas (Costa Rica, Malaysia, and Hungary have some great services for a fraction of U.S. costs).

Wasn’t there a stipulation in the ACA that the IRS could take whatever you owed according to them out of your bank account? I believe so. The law allows the government to snatch money right out of your bank account as they deem you owe.
