For months he’s been looking like a mortician does work on him every morning...and then there’s that tongue-darting thing he’s got goin’ on.The tongue-darting thing could be tardive dyskinesia which is usually caused by taking anti-psychotic drugs. Funny, those same drugs can cause weight gain and could explain the difference in the appearance of his face. I could further surmise that he is being given anti-psychotic drugs in order to work as Secretary of State under de debbil.
