This is what the senate should have done...but the gang of 8 went to the end even after the bill was loaded with all kinds of shi’ite. While SOME parts of the bill may have been debatable the end result was a disaster. An insult.

Marco Rubio (and some others, notably Paul Ryan in the House as well) totally blew this one, he'll never be the same. What a total fool he made of himself over this stupid bill.

Marco Rubio is the same, people’s perception of him will never be the same. They thought he was wonderful because he said he was wonderful and because he speaks without saying UH, duh, um, and without a teleprompter.

It didn’t matter what he was saying, he said it so well. Any woman over the age of forty knows where that gets you... Amnesty, and whatever else this guy falls for (Shumer & Co played him like a fiddle)

Sadly (like watching a good kid go bad) I agree. The Tea Party of S Florida fought like hell to get Rubio elected......

Hard to explain but he was acting very odd during all this crap...and seemed just not there. Several folks mentioned this.
