Objects in motion tend to stay in motion unless acted on by another force.
Lt. Col puts special forces in motion, White House exerts force and orders those motions halted.
This guy has a longer nose than his master. Rule of thumb back in the jungle was set the choppers out with or without a go order and then claim communication distortions.
