I read somewhere that the top union thug didn’t look happy after talks, so likely The ZERO told the AFL-CIO to wait out the funding vote - then the union will get it’s waiver.

You’re probably right about the union thugs. They refused to talk to reporters. As is typical, this administration is crooked as hell and only a few people seem to care. If the unions end up getting a waiver and the people accept it, then what? It’ll be one of many laws that the democrats don’t like that won’t be enforced.
