My position on this from the start has been that Jon-Benet died accidentally, perhaps from horsing around with her brother, and the parents panicked and tried to make her death look like an intruder had killed her. But with Patsy now deceased, it's a cold case that will likely never be solved.

years ago bill kurtis did a great show on the case. i came away totally convinced the parents had nothing to do with the murder or death. still believe that. police obviously totally bungled the investigation, and let it spin into a three ring media circus.
