Probably a good to go .... doubt that there were signs posted warning mothers not to put 5 month old babies on oversize luggage conveyer as it was their legal duty to do. Probably should have had police or social services personnel on hand to ensure violators were promptly arrested or disciplined.

Should have had a drop down fence to physically prevent people from putting little babies on the conveyor belt.

They’ll find some lying skunk “expert” to prepare an animated “re-construction” to show how it “could have been prevented.”
