I know a guy who got lost looking for his delivery address. After circling the ChiCom Embassy for the third time the Mother of All SWAT Teams descended upon him. In D.C. you are "presumed bomb until proven innocent" I got questioned by a DC cop after having medical radiation treatment. I made his radiation meter go off.
