I don’t know if my reply is “knowledgeable”, but I do know this is a first step to getting rid of this horrible law. I’m sure Obama and gang will double-down on the requirements, but without funding it will be a slap in their face.
It is only the first step. This law was passed with every dirty trick in the book, if we have to return the same kind of fire to get rid of it, so be it.
This law must be stopped before October 1st (at least that’s what I’m hearing). If defunding it will gum up the works, then give it a go.
