The Libs are actually scared of a shutdown because they know that most the government can’t be shutdown. Almost all social programs have guaranteed funding but it will stay at the 2012 level.

In only a few months, the Sequester has hollowed out our military. Entire Air Force wings were grounded and are currently non-mission ready. Navy ships have delayed depot repair and are pier queens. Entire Army Brigade Combat Teams are now incapable of deployment to combat. Four thousand DoD doctors, nurses, and medical professionals have quit due to furloughs and low morale. The military was dealing with massive cuts before the Sequester, and that was the final knife across the throat. I am not making these things up. Research the facts for yourself. You are entitled to your opinion, but expect to back it up with facts, not your own emotions.
