Jim Jordan went back to Mullen about the Mills convo about Lamb.

Jordan: A week into formation of board you call Mills back up and say, “Hey” re: Lamb....And, oh BTW, at the end of the report
you give Hillary & Mills a chance to look at the report and make EDITS if they want to..., and yet you say You and board operated independent.

M: We have Hillary the report. IT WAS HER’s TO TAKE AND HER’S TO CHOOSE WHAT TO DO WITH. SHE CHOSE TO SIGN IT OUT.”

Jordan: OK, but don’t convey it as independent!

Al Jazeera got and leaked the IPBP (best practices) report (end of August) a month ago. State Dept has report. Congress does not have report. How did it leak to Al Jazeera?
