This was sent to me personally by Col Handley as a Word attachment to a personal email. It is not a fictional web article of undetermined origin. It is credible and real. I know Hands, he sent it to me and I posted to FR.
Col Handley said, “Sure, go ahead” when I asked if he minded I posted his comment and shared with others and if I wished to get it to Issa’s committee.
I have his personal contact details if contacted by the committee and they wish verification.
