The man was raised and taught to confuse, disrupt, de-organize (even though his claim to fame was a community organizer) and just plain “stir the water” in order to put this once great country on a course nobody can understand.

The manner in the way he handled the Syrian situation, was not the mark of a shrewd, sharp operator. He was out-played, out-hustled, out-smarted. If you're inept and unqualified (which he most certainly is on both counts) you've going to find stupid somewhere in there as part of the problem, no matter what book you read or whatever.
