You're constitutional rights.

Especially the 5th which you can now waive unintentionally just by answering a question.
And the 1st, because speech especially religious speech or opposing immorality is now a hate crime. And criticizing the President is racism.
And the 2nd, your right to keep and bear arms, because seriously it's not like you live on a naval base.
And the 4th, because the NSA already has all your data. There really isn't much left to search.
And the 6th, because there's no way your lawyers are going to suggest a speedy trial.
And the 7th, because you'll probably plea bargain instead of opting for a trial by jury to avoid the chance that the trumped up charges against you stick.
And 9th and the 10th, because all your rights are belong to Congress, regardless of what has been enumerated.

Don't waive:

the 3rd and harbor soldiers in your house. Because they will probably be unarmed and that will just make your house a target.
or the 8th, because even though sitting around a prison cell watching TV and MSM is cruel and unusual punishment, it still beats hard labor.
