The government of Cali is still trying to get around the voter rejection of PROP 15 back in 1982 that would have banned the sale of handguns in Kali.
Can’t ban handguns? Ban magazines. Ban lead. Ban semi-autos. Ban! BAN! BAN!
What does ammunition with out lead look and feel like? What do they use? Brass, copper, uranium? I expect there are some serious ballistic adjustments that will need to be considered. The guns might have to be re-engineered. Or.... KAnians will just not be able to shoot guns.
