The granting of 0bama TS/SCI clearances moved the bar so low that there is no bar anymore. In the REAL world, 0bama wouldn’t be eligible for even a ‘Confidential’ clearance.
POTUS is not “granted” a clearance. All classification authority flows from the President. He has access to all information regardless of the level of classification.
