Apparently, he fired a shot through the ceiling of his apartment while cleaning his gun. Scared the bejesus out of the woman above, who called the cops. He was arrested, but was released the same day without being charged.

Yes not sure for this part. I read somewhere in a post that stated he was cooking and cleaning his gun at the same time when it went off. LOL
