If it is true that only three are injured and 12 are dead, isn’t that an incredible kill rate?

Actually I heard the mayor say there were something like 20 injured..but there was no follow up to that.

It’s bad, but imagine a busy Union station or a museum or any number of crowded places with fewer armed targets, initially at any rate.
