As I understand it, the only reason that the population of the USA continues to increase is illegal immigration. Absent that, there would be a slow decrease.
Legitimate young Americans are not having have kids because kids costs a fortune just to deliver....Then house feed, cloth, insure etc...Most these young people in the U.S. today are making 1990s wages with no heath insurance...
The next 10 years are going to be brutal for housing, heath care, pharmaceuticals, boating, insurance...All the big ticket stuff... etc....Simply due to the fact the up coming generations don't and wont' have the flipping money for any of this....
These big industries in the U.S. are going to nose dive in a very big way.

The portion of the “prime” population that are NET TAX PAYERS (who by pure coincidence are mostly Judeo-Christian and/or white) is in anything from a slow decline to a screaming nosedive depending on the area. As others have noted the welfare class is breeding quite well but they often die/get imprisoned by age 30. More importantly they are net tax drains to the max.
This actually hit home with me recently. A young mother at my apartment’s pool complained that there were no children for her daughter to play with no matter when they went swimming. I noted mentally that she was an only child.
Also hitting home is the fact that society is partly responsible for making marriage and children prohibitively expensive. Especially if you actually want to give them a decent life but realize your income is likely permanently static...
