The fourth man charged in an attempted rape and home invasion assault was arraigned Monday in Washington County Sessions Court and one of his co-defendants immediately raised the judges ire by laughing at the allegations.
Najier Tim Hugley, 21, 515 Pardee St., faces charges of aggravated assault, especially aggravated burglary and attempted aggravated rape in the Aug. 22 incident at a 600 St. Louis St. apartment. The assault left one victim hospitalized with severe head injuries.
As Hugley was being arraigned, Judge Don Arnold read the affidavit in open court to inform Hugley what hes accused of doing. During the reading, Lance Hugley, 22, 515 Pardee St. who is also charged with aggravated assault, especially aggravated burglary and attempted aggravated rape laughed.
Are you laughing? Arnold asked. You better not laugh about these allegations.
Lance Hugley had also laughed at his own arraignment Thursday as another judge was reading the affidavit, but didnt get noticed by the court that time.
Two other men Janmichael Vincent Gotti Lingo, 21, 1400 Orleans Terrace, Apt. 420, and Adrian Dashon D Bizzell, 405 Bettie St. were arrested a short time after the incident. Lingo is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated burglary and attempted aggravated rape. Bizzell is charged with three counts of aggravated assault, aggravated burglary and attempted aggravated rape.

If white, yes but these are Obama’s sons (as if I had to even look). This type of behavior is to be expected. Probably get a slap on the wrist and put out back on the streets.

The correct penalty for rape is death.
If trials were speedy and no games were allowed, with one speedy appeal, and sentence carried out quickly, rapes would be few and far between.

Why would a rapist ever leave a victim alive then? Murdering the victim wouldn't save them.
Executing rapists would collapse the herd.

Why would a rapist ever leave a victim alive then?
There are two schools of thought on writing laws. One is to keep them in conformance with the Bible, the other is to ignore the Bible and come up with a "better idea".
America long ago started to craft laws to "bring about desired behaviors", etc.
The whole thing then becomes a game played by lawyers, government contractors who supply prisons, rehabilitation, etc., "social activists", politicians, etc.
The Biblical way, incidentally, pits all of society against the murderers and rapists, and the justice system kills them off as they rape and murder.
There are still victims - the same as there are now - but soon, with the public seeing executions all the time, the raping and murdering diminishes to a very low level. This is why executions were always public - there was a reason for it, and the opposite of what we are told today. It was NOT that the public wanted to feast their eyes on seeing death, but quite the opposite - it was seeing justice done. It comforts the innocent - and serves as a warning to all who would thwart justice or think to attack someone.
The way our laws and system work now, the raping and murdering - and subsequent prosecution and possible incarceration - is a nothing but an evil game for an emboldened and ever-increasing degenerate portion of society. So the victim count is far, far higher in the long run using the "let's separate, feed, clothe and house the rapists for a while, then release them back into society" methodology.
It sounds cruel to most Americans who have been brainwashed for generations that secular humanism is the ultimate intelligence.
So cruel to execute a rapist, so we let the rapes continue by the thousand.
We have a dysfunctional court system and legal system which wrongly convicts people regularly. Instead of fixing that problem, we decide to make penalties and jail time a breeze, so our consciences are eased over all the wrongful convictions.
The wrongly accused man in jail - despite what we tell ourselves - is not helped by "lighter sentences".
IMHO, sorry for the before-noon rant.
