In my previous job, I did deal with one Federal agency where everyone I met were so law abiding it was a breath of fresh air.
It was Defense Mapping (don’t know if it is still called that) and these men were so honest they would not even allow me to pay for a cup of coffee less it appear to be a bribe.
I cannot say the same about any other Federal agency that I had contact with.
It is almost like finding the Peaceful Muslim to find an honest and effective Federal employee.
