I believe I have a new acronym for his royal high-ness.
COOTUS: Community Organizer Of The United States. Much more fitting. Can be substituted with ROTUS: Resident Of The United States. In any case, he was probably taking out some frustrations by smacking his balls around. I mean at the golf course.
