This is silly. By his logic, there should never be any kind of special event in the D.C. area, because that increases traffic congestion for the people who are there all the time.

I can imaging when MLK gave his “I Have a Dream” speech, the traffic had to be horrible....I don’t think you saw the press complaining about it.
