Instead, the station says the group will travel one time on the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway from Prince George’s County to Montgomery County and then into Virginia. They’ll then return to where they started, the Harley Davidson story in Fort Washington, MD.
However, individual riders can decide if they’d like to divert themselves into D.C.

Maybe THEY should have taken the Metro instead of the bikers.
One day out of the year that traffic is disrupted and/or shut down for a 9-11 memorial ride is not asking a lot out of the political rat hole of America. Perhaps it would remind them of what freedom means and their inability to experience it because of bikers on this ONE day. Maybe the rumble of all those bikes will make them take notice of their ability to hear whereas the victims hear NOTHING. And the traffic jams because an escort wasn’t provided to allow red light drive-through will cause DC to make sure that next year permits are granted especially since Obongo’s cronies get escorts year round in DC for no cause other than breathing air.
