I have been trying to track down who was responsible for permitting jihadis over Patriots.
I was able to find a story on the Blaze that narrowed it down a bit. Sadly the NPS email list was incomplete.

An email forwarded to TheBlaze by Bee, however, appears to show that Gotha was one of the NPS officials who participated in a meeting regarding the biker organization’s request for a permit. In fact, the email says she was the “organizer” of the meeting to review the biker group’s request for a permit.
The firing should begin with this one:

The DC police were also behind the rejection. Their reasoning that the 2 million bike gathering was not protected speech.
This is a start to bring the responsible government officials to justice.
I don't have a facebook account, but I noticed there is a Sheila Gotha there. Someone else may want to check it out to confirm a suspicion I am having.
