I agree BUT you are far too kind. About 1/3 of that would induce gridlock- look at the effect PREDICTING 1” of snow 2 days in advance has on traffic in this general area. Or a sudden rain storm.

Heard they eventually gave them a ‘permit’. I would rather have seen a whole slew of Bikes and Bikers ‘obeying ALL the traffic laws’.... they had ‘threatened’ to ride 2 abreast - that in itself would have been worth the price of admission...

I just did a ‘quickie’ #’s thing and figured that 2 million bikes, at an average length of 8’ would form a single line of approximately 3000+ miles.

At my age, I don’t have much faith in my ‘math skills’ etc - No matter it would be one helluva line and even 10 abreast would be DC to NY or so....Now that would be a traffic jam and a half and the FOOLS would probably make them stop and pay the tolls.

It worked in “Blazing Saddles’......
