Just occurred to me. Riding around the beltway occasionally rising into DC back out and repeating prolongs the event. Making the numbers appear larger and satisfies the we’re not organized meme needed to circumvent the non approval of the permit to assemble. Genius ! No doubt a military move ;-)
I noticed that on the cam- a few would split off and take the exit.. and then a few more, while the majority stay on the main highway.
LOL ... Yep!! Just proving to them in office we have them surrounded ... LOL!
